Rouhani: Without Parliament, sanctions would have been lifted before Eid

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani: "We made two promises to the people, one in the field of Corona and the other in the field of sanctions, and in both cases the government fulfilled its responsibility. And if it were not for the Parliament's law, the sanctions would have been lifted before Eid."
