Letter from Britain, Romania and Liberia to the Security Council: Condemn Iran's attack on a merchant ship

Britain, Romania and Liberia said in a letter to the Security Council that "it is likely" that Iran used a drone or more in last week's deadly attack on a ship off the coast of Oman. The letter called Iran's action a clear violation of international law and called for its condemnation by the international community.
