Iran's representative to international organizations in Vienna: We are the most transparent country in fulfilling its nuclear commitments

"The Islamic Republic of Iran is the most transparent country in terms of fulfilling its nuclear obligations," said Kazem Gharibabadi, Iran's representative to the Vienna-based International Atomic Energy Agency.
